Is the Snapper closure for Moreton Bay as well or just outside, it says tidal waters closure for snapper and pearl perch????.

May be someone forgot to tell the guys in pummastone passage then a guy showed me his 55cm snapper down the boat ramp yesterday,so much for closures.
