I am researching transducer and head unit options.

Can anyone share pics from trailerboat setups where they are successfully sounding bait and fish whilst trolling in deep water (say 250fa ~1500fa) where range is MANUALLY set to the top 60fa-100fa ONLY? (or thereabouts)

Keen to see what results people are getting and what components/transducers/placement and settings work for this context.

Not interested in pics where the bottom is evident or when onthe drift etc

mainly looking for trolling pics marking bait balls / fish whenon the move over the shelf, where range is manually set to top 60-100fa.

In my experience a lot of units seem to struggle in this context, so I am keen to see what trailerboat setups work best for this type of fishing
