Cheers for all the contributions here guys! Looks very much like the Slate Bream pictures in the above link, pleased to say we have an ID. The picture was taken on the boat, the fish hadn't been iced or bled at that stage. I didn't eat it as I was worried about Ciguatera, alll clear on that too, so I'll get the mother-in-law round for dinner. Thanks again!
