Spent the arvo, overnight and this morning down the pin. Saturday arvo was beautiful, Sunday was mayhem both on the water and at the ramp. Fishing was slow. Tried all my usual spots on Saturday arvo for just 3 small flathead, but I did find a spot that looked promising on high tide. I fishing it from about 10 pm to 1 am for one beautiful big girl. I worked the area over with a shallow diver - Daiwa double clutch, and a 9" sluggo but no hits. There was plenty of light from the moon, light Easterly and no one else around. Was a touch cold! First cast with a whole pilchard did the trick.
