Garmin 95sv/dv

I bought this sounder but I cannot for the life of me get the side view up and running it seems to be missing from the menu?

Check your plugs in the back of the sounder.
When I purchased mine a few years ago the female plug ends were splayed out too much and weren't making contact

Does the transducer support Sideview as the head unit recognizes that it's not there and won't give you the option.

You have written Garmin 95sv/dv

I believe they are two different units 95sv & 95dv

Which on do you have

SV = Sideview
DV = Downview

Well I do not know as I believed I purchased a 95sv/dv how can I tell

does it have a blue 8 plug or 12 pin organge plug
on start up it should say the model number as well
on the back where the SN is , should also mention what model it is.
