It's still technically a proposal in the discussion stages. Open for submissions until the end of September.

There has been a significant mobilisation of the fishing community ..... more than I have ever seen. This includes high profile and the average joe fishoe. A Facebook page “Stop the lockout” has over 35,000 members . The shooters and fishers party are considering running candidates in the areas of concern to blunt the sway of the greens and to hurt the Liberals.
This won’t go through without a fight , that’s for sure.

This is the second stage in consultation, the fishos want less ,the greens want much more sanctuary area, I would expect it to go though without any changes as its been coming for ten years.
