Couldn’t waste the weather this week, so 4 of us headed out chasing snaps.
Was a bit slow first up, but the really got going, and we ended up with out bag by 8-30.
Went looking for some pearlies, had no luck.
Quality of fish was very good. Even got our 4 over 70.
Best fish went mid 80’s.
cant wait to go again.

The wait is finally over.........was worth every minute..........let the RIPTIDE rip..........hell yehhhh
What depth do you tend to find the snapper?
We spent all day Saturday pulling up Pearl Perch and Trag with only 2 squire amongst them from 70m.
I haven't been able to find many snapper on Caloundra Wide. My marks tend to produce Trag and Pearlies. (Not complaining though[emoji106])
