few options for mounting. we fabricate alloy "or stainless for those wanting some bling" mounts to suspend them in the cabin
however on the caribbean i would be suggesting a HPE mount out from the passanger bulk head. i shall email you a photo of what i mean

You don't happen to know of a 12v coffee machine...
Got one of these works a treat!
They take the coffee pods ( like a round tea bag ) which are harder to find but I get them online. Mate has a lavazza version which takes supermarket capsules but I couldn't find any when I got mine.
