    Isotherm freezer kit

    Howdy all,

Has anyone used one of the Isotherm kits to build a custom freezer ??

    eg. https://www.############.com.au/REFR...-Kits-Isotherm

Why would they be silly dollars ? The most expensive is just under $4k and only freezes 130 litres ! For that kind of money you'd want to freeze a bit more than that wouldnt ya ?!

Can one use the parts of a normal freezer in a custom build ? ie. with the help of any relevant trades like a refrigeration mechanic.

    Cheers,

    Steve

Check out the Waeco kits. Quite reasonably priced (relatively speaking).
Putting one in the Noosa Cat I am getting built at the moment.
