Leaving boat in the water
I live on the sunshine coast would it be fair to say i could leave my boat in the river on friday night untill sunday arvo ( 2 days ) and have no problems with marine growth or barnicles?

Should be fine - can't say the same about the light fingered grubs though - they may be a problem.

Takes about 5 days before the barnacles start attaching, but at that point its pretty easy to scrape them off. The biggest problem you get is slime and scum on the surface of the water, but a good truckwash will clean that off.

Cheers guys so 2 days should be ok. I have a really good high tensile chain to lock it up a tracking device hidden in it so hopefully its safe. I'll just take all the fishing gear out each night.
