both bro.. as with dealers or the guy on gumtee lower hours and a better look the more you get its a rule of thumb,, wether any1 gives you what u want.. well thats up to luck of a guy with the cash wanting it, putting it in reverse would you pay top dollar for a newish boat all scratched up and looking sad or its twin next to it thats looking good. so if yours is looking good and not so old then yes for sure you can ask a fair higher end retail price., but i gotta say bro i and in my experience i never get what i think is fair people want something for nothing,, but trick is to stand firm on your price..and ill definately pay more if hours are low, regular service proof is viewable and one owner really helps and if it looks good then id pay more.. i think no1 wants second hand if we could all afford new, so better and closer to new it is/looks the more likely to sell..
