    GPS buying advice

    Hi all, I have $1,500 to spend on a GPS. Happy to buy a combo unit but would only be run as a GPS. Have been looking at Lowrance models. In the future I would like to do fuel reading etc.

    I'm useless at this stuff so any advice on what unit to get would be great. Boat is a Haines Sig 6m.
