    More Northern Bay Longtail tuna

Beautiful day on Saturday on the water. Had a good day, little bit of fishing, picnic on the beach, some more underwater filming a bit deeper off Bulwer this time, still editing footage and will post soon.
Longtail Tuna are still around too. Had to leave them biting, I refuse to try and catch and release these fish as they dont do so well,

Give a man a fish, he'll eat it and fall asleep.

Teach a man to fish and he'll endanger an entire species

Great LT's. Were you using live yakkas as bait?

The visibility looks great in that vid.

The footage also furthers the fact that no matter what the species of eel, they're all bat#hit insane!

    Hey Max.
I know we export the big freshwater eels to Asia, and I thought rockling were a catfish just with an eel like tail, I think theres better things to eat in that video than eel anyway lol

    thanks.

Snorkelling wouldn't be great - need to actually be able to dive down/breath hold on the ledge. Can definitely be done. Best on high water, and neaps, due to current and vis. Plenty of sharks, but don't worry as they're pretty scarce to the eye during the day. You should snorkel the Bulwer Wrecks - they're before the drop off, close to shore, and less affected by current.
