Where to get upgrades for Garmin 7410xsv

Does anyone know in Sydney where I can get all the upgrades for this model Garmin please.
My home computer has died. I tried buying the upgrades from Garmin but I always get redirected to their US site which does not allow me to enter Australia as a Country.
I contacted Garmin here at Eastern Creek & I was told that Harmin encourage their customers to do their own downloads, so I am up the eastern creek so to speak.
I am using my Galaxy S5 for all my emails etc.
I am happy to pay for a card with all the upgrades.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Garry since I got the update I have been at Gold Coast. Watched the State of Origin & drank a lot of beer.
Just got back so I will attempt the upgrade this week.
