GPS combo upgrade

Some time since last post, time to upgrade the old hummngbird combo, as it died, looking for advice on which combo unit anyone can recommend, for 4.3 tinnnie, fish creeks, to mud/peel and harries, budget up to $1500

any help would be appreciated

hows the eyesight?

the garmin echomap chirp range is making waves with its clarity

the lowrance elite ti range is got some steam behind it owing to the amount of toys and price point

the new helix humminbird range is a nice newer version of what you already had.

raymarine is producing very crisp chirp sonar

Hey mate cheers for the reply, time to do some homework, haven't had a colour unit so interested to see how they go in sunlight.
