trying to find some info on Carmila boat ramp (north of clairview)

I believe this ramp was ear marked for a upgrade in 2014. wondering if its occurred yet.

I'm looking at launching a 6m boat from here(or claiview) then out to stanage.

anyone know how large of a tide I need to launch the boat and get in out of the river? is it easy to do or a bit dodgy?

If Carmila is out then I'm considering clairview. but I'm unsure about retrieving a boat there if its blowing 15knots.

Any info would be great.
