Monduran / Kolan Barra

Hi Guys,

I know the warm waters are leaving us but I am desperate to get out over the Anzac Long weekend for a Barra flick and wanted to know if anyone has hit up Monduran dam or the kolan river and if so is it worth a chuck at the moment? Also looking for a fishing friend so if your keen to flick some lures around the Bundy area feel free to let me know.

Hey mate, Last time I was there which was a few weeks before you they were still letting water out which was freezing so it shut down the Kolan big time. I was told by the guy at the Dam Kiosk the cold water killed all the Barra in there when they started releasing?

Have heard of only Caties being caught in there since.
