What battery do you run in your tinny?

Hi All,
I was wondering what battery you tinny owners use or recommend. I have a 4.2m tinny powered by the ever reliable 30hp yammie cv with the charging unit on it. The only electrics I currently run are Lowrance combo and nav lights for night fishing. I have been using a small car battery for the last couple of years but it has just died. Probably due to not being charged when sitting for prolonged periods. The heavy duty marine batteries seem a little over the top for my usage so any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I've just got a small motorbike battery. Runs Nav lights and lowrance and haven't had to charge it for months.
