alright while i was applying them to my new fishing rod, kids decided to paint the boat here n there, i know it ok for boat to be glow in the dark here n there, but my question is it legal with it while towing at night? would it fall under the same rule as neon lights? or would i need cover it?
I was always told " be seen be safe." Cant possibly be illegal, can it?

Mate my car topper is a 'glow boat' - the whole hull glows. If you're in trouble, I'm screwed. Ergo I think you should be ok
