Buying anodes online

Just tried to buy 2 sets for a Yanmar (that's 10 anodes) from Anodes Online. Spoke to a bloke called Dave, very unenthusiastic answering manner. Then it got worse he would not process the order as it was too small. On their web site they have written these exact words "we would love to hear from you" there should be a clause stipulating only if its worth our while. I had my credit card in my hand wanting to pay straight away. I have had a good look at their web site and could not find where its only trade etc.Any where else I can get real customer service for engine anodes.Thanks TMC
