By the way I caught it on a 2500 Stradic, Gomoku jig rod, 10lb braid, 30lb leader and a micro jig.
In about 80m of water out near tempest last Saturday, with a horrible east / north east.
I wasn't smart enough on the day to realise that I was on a pinnacle and could have targeted these for a while for a bit of fun, instead I persisted in targeting snapper and pearlies without any luck.
It went back for another day.
