    and if you fill the bottom of it with spray foam, the water will get under it and set up crevice corrosion.

    took the tinny out earlier in the week with a mate he lent over to see what i caught and almost fell in so the tinny does have stability issues but its not overly concerning basically once we sit down don't move lol

    yesterday i took off the 4hp and put a 8hp yamaha on this tinny she got up and went like a dream but i think 8hp is the max for the tinny because the floor between the rear and center seat looked like it needed just one more rib thru that section

    so i am thinking if i was to rip out the seats and run 30mm OD x 3mm thick aluminium tubing down one side across the bottom and up the other side in series throughout the tinny from rear to front

    than weld from rib to rib in a back to front formation pockets so the tinny doesn't fold in half

    do u think this would work?

    not sure about the flotation foam yet
