    I'll be going to Jindabyne this weekend, can anyone give me any pointers on where and how to catch something?

    I've only got spin and bait gear, no fly stuff.
    They won't come after me with pitchforks will they?

    No evil villagers with burning torches will chase you for using spin gear, probably best advice would be to call into the Alpine Angler on your way and ask for what's going on right now.

    So it's not illegal to catch trout without fly beat then?
    Thanks, that's what I was going to do.
    I had no other plan.

    Trip's off now unfortunately, I didn't get paid so we'll just have to Bludge off friends in Mackay.
