Towing 8x5 trailer on the sand

Heading up to fraser in the school holidays and will be towing a 8x5 single axle box trailer just wondering what peoples thoughts are on the width of the trailer affecting how easily the trailer will be to tow through the soft sand.

Similar to towing a boat trailer up there. Just let the tyres down plenty and watch the roots on the sidewalls when driving through the tracks. The lower your tyres the less it will want to dive in and out of your vehicle tracks, but that will depend on how much weight you have in the trailer.

I'm heading over on the holidays too. Can't wait.
Run those tyres at low pressure and you should be right.

No problems at all. Try not to go on a high tide but or you will be in the powder the whole way up 70mile beach. This will add significant time and fuel burn.
