Have not heard - but I watched an IFish episode which must have been recorded right after the floods. They used heavy Jigheads to 1oz ( make sure plastic is bouncing on the bottom) in the mouth of the brissie river. They did quite well! I would try this but I don't have a leccie to keep me out of the pilons and rock walls. Good luck.

Been some good jew catches on facebook in the last week around jumpinpin system in general, so sth bay should be ok.
