Lowrance HDS9 Gen3 vs Simrad NSS9 EVO2

Hi,

Need some help. I have decided i like these two. They are quite similar in price, just needs to know what are the advantages and disadvantages. Does one perform netter than the other?

the simrad has the sex appeal with its glass bridge, and makes some manual functions perform easier with a rotary knob. its also a native autopilot controller so... there's that

the HDS GEN3t Has the added benefit of wifi and bluetooth built in. and you could argue having the gps antenna built into the facia and not behind so if your dash mounting you wont loose reception

Now that is an interesting point. The GPS antenna. I will be flush mounting it, so that is built into the Facia, so you saying the Simrad has it towards the back of the unit? Would explain why it's such a thin panel.
