    Dual purpose marine battery.

    Hi guys,

I am tossing between Century 730 Pro and Optima D27M dual purpose battery. I am not sure anyone here has experience with these batteries. Please advise.

I recently went to a optima D27M from an old marine pro. Made the change due to moving batteries and wanting sealed. I had a great life from the marine pro and previously have had great success with seamaster gold and all rounders from supercharge.

Can't offer much feedback re the optima yet as it's only been out on 1 trip.

Whatever you end up with get a Ctek or similar and use it as often as practical and I find batteries last a decent amount of time. I put mine on the Ctek once a month for a day or 2.

Also if you want a decent price for new batteries pm me I have nothing to do with selling batteries but got my optima for pretty good $$$

    Cheers
