    Fraser Trip in July

Planning a trip to Fraser for next month and taking the Missus.
Weighing up a few different camping options but she's a little nervous of the Dingoes. It doesn't matter to me as I have been there without her before and camped on the beach near the Maheno.
We're looking at either Dundabara or even Cathedrals as they are fenced, but have read a few mixed opinions about Cathedrals on TripAdvisor.
Just wondering if anyone has any experiences from staying in either of these areas or give some other info?
Am I right in thinking we may hopefully get a few Tailor on the trip too?
    Thanks in advance.
    Cheers
    Chris

    Re: Fraser Trip in July

I very recently stayed on Fraser. ( I go there every year ) This time I booked into a house at Eurong and did the day trips from there. I went to The Cathederals ( camping area ) for the first time and it looked great and is on my list to stay there. The store sells all sorts including fuel and Magnum Ice-creams ... anyway, there is a great little seating area there and a bar.

Dundaburra, IMO is too far from the beach and can get crowded.

I stay a lot at Orchid Beach area ( Ocean Lake and Waddy Beach ) camping areas. Most of the time I take the boat for offshore fishing.

The Dingoes are a non-issue, in my opinion and never ever had a problem with them.

Good luck with your trip, a really great place to get away.
