The M & G committee have come up with an offer to all members and non members attending the M & G in September. We do a commemorative shirt each year and this year is no different. There is a twist this year.
We are offering the following:-
1 x polo shirt ( with M & G and sponsors details) additionally each member has the option of having their name and team name added at no extra cost.
1 x cap with 2015 M & G details
Entry to the Surf Club ( TBC ) for the " Cook-Off " evening, including a Free Sausage Sizzle. This night also sees the running of the M & G Prawn Peeling Competition and possible Chilli Challenge. Also included are 5 x raffle tickets ( huge amount of prizes on offer ) to be drawn on the night.
*** A VMR assistance package. This is an offer to pay the bill for any VMR assistance given to members during the course of the M & G... BUT............ please read this carefully. The package will be divided, should there be more than one assistance required, as we have a limited fund available. The VMR bill for the assistance is to be given to a M & G committee member prior to the conclusion of the M & G and at that stage we will fund what we can. ***
The total cost for all the above is $60.00 / person. These funds are to be paid up front along with shirt sizes and numbers and individual member details for the shirts.( spelling is your responsibility ) !!!!!!!!!!
To those that are bringing Family with children, please contact me asap to sort out options available to you.
If you have any questions , please ask them in this thread as time is of the essence. The order for the shirts and caps will go to the " supplier / embroiderer " mid July. You have 1 month to get this sorted.
