Mako craft 610 or Bajcraft CC 6mtr plate alloy

    Hi All,

My dad is looking at buying a plate alloy boat mostly for fishing in moreton bay and offshore, he has looked at a mako craft 610 with a 06 mod 150 hp 2 stroke mercury with unknown hours, And a Bajcraft centre console with a 06 150 hp yammi 4 stroke with 700 hrs that he has test driven and very happy with the ride and the motors performance. Does any one know which hull would be the pick and also the amount of hours on the yammi. Any comments would be great.

    Thanks D

Bajcraft centre console with a 06 150 hp yammi 4 stroke with 700 hrs anytime if i had to pick... just cuz i dont like 2 stoke lol but if i remember right bajcraft are costly, u might wanna look at barcrusher and stabicraft if your looking at the same price range... otherwise if mako craft... try looking at mako cat there wroth the explorer

i had a post somewhere with the avg motor hrs... 700h.. that like 78hrs per yr.. but like most say avg motors are 30-80hrs per year and 4 stroke should last u long all come down to price wise
