Did you end up doing the bleeding/spiking experiment?

Mate for some unknown reason I totally forgot but when i filleted a flame for dinner tonight it had a fair amount of bleeding to cut out so I will definatley take a few pics tomorrow night when filleting the trout and reds and compare pics from the next spiked and bled catch.
