This is the last piece of pontoon going into the water today. They will be put into place once the pilings are established.
And yes the berths are now for sale.

I heard about this quite a while ago and thought it was another " fantasy " story.
Are we able to get a site plan / council plans of this development ?

The Modified Decision Notice (dated 13/09/2011) and approved plans for the same are attached. Also an approval for the related Prescribed Tidal Works (DA/974/2014) was given on 15 August 2014.

Be nicer if there was a pontoon for us big boat. Self loaders , I take way too much time leaving car o n ramp walking back and forth to the side one grrr
