Recommendations 1770 charter day fishing ?

Would like to go fishing for a day while staying at 1770 (probably in May). Looking for Emporer, Trout etc, not pelagics.

Just looking for recommendations as I see there are a few alternatives when I google.

I went on Hooked on 1770 about 6 years ago in September I think, it was only 5 of us fishing we got 3 good reds 1 trout and a heap of parrot, hussar, moses. Damien was pretty casual and good to get along with.
