    You don't put in a full jar of curry surely?
    When I do a Thai curry I put in about 2 very heaped teaspoons and it is pretty hot.
    I do similar to you but add mango and tomatos and tomato paste to the mix - awesome if you have nice tomatoes and fresh mango - but tinned is okay when out of season. Absolutely sensational with barcod.

    BTW I know why they weren't there Saturday - I was lined up to take a couple of guys from work out there on that day - late cancellation by us didn't give the fish enough time to change their minds and be there.

    Nice to see some Macks hitting the deck. Its a shame "The Lump" wasn't around to see it. He loved chasing those Spanos each year
