    cracked hull Mooloolaba

    IMG_2793.jpg does anybody know a bloke that cracked his hull off maloolaba last saturday we helped him stager in to maloolaba the boat name was f#c$ mowing was a 4.5 metre bertrum or something with a 60hp yamaha would like to get a hold of him take him out for a fish

    Don't know the guy but the boat looks like a Haines V16R......and I would have thought you'd be going hard to crack one of those buggers.

    You could to try contact them via the Coast Guard at Mooloolaba. Tell them the story and if they have his log on details, it may include a Mobile phone number. The Coast Guard may not pass on that mobile, but they could text or call him with what you want to do or even pass on your mobile.

    If they didn't log on to the CG then........ ???

    Poor bugger - I know that feeling. Was a mayday put out? If so, like Phill said, they'll have his details. Glad he got back safe, and well done for helping him!

    He was fishing around 9 mile and the weather changed reckons by the time he noticed he was taking on water Radio was gone battery was under water he was ready to set of the epirb till he seen us and powered up to us motor was flat out doing 5 knots and both bailing water both bungs out and bildge pump full noise we sat next to him till he limped in to maloolaba Attachment 107006
