Greasing point question - Yamaha 60HP 4 stroke 2003

Hi Guys

Yamaha 60HP 4 stroke 2003

Where is the grease nipple for the main vertical shaft ? (ie so I am looking to grease the side to side/left to right movement) ??

I've had a look around and can't find it !

Any help greatly appreciated !

Not sure exactly where you mean. I have a 2 stroke yamaha and it is on the right side of the motor as you look at it fro the back, it also has what looks like an earthing wire going to it. It is pretty obvious when you look, may be different on 4 strokes. Can send a pic if you need.

Sorry smclaren make that the left side. Should have gone and checked before posting. There is also another nipple where the steering cable goes in. As I said can send pic if needed or maybe a 4 stroke owner would have a better idea.
