G Loomis S842-2 guide spacing question

Hi there,

I'm hoping someone might be able to help me regarding guide spacing a G Loomis S842-2 IMX blank. I recall reading somewhere that the MHX S842-2 blank is very similar and so I'm using their guide spacing chart as a starting point. I can't work out how to convert the MHX chart from imperial spacing to metric. Can someone please convert these measurements for me?:

S842-2-MHX Guide Spacing All measurements in inches from tip to butt
