After a week camped out at Fraser experiencing some great tailor fishing, I've now shifted back drops and am now up up at 1770.(Hey - someone has to do it !) The first week at Agnes served up some mixed weather, but I did manage to do 4 fishing trips and a game of golf in the first 7 days. Looking at the forecast, I should be able to squeeze in at least 3 more trips next week before it all comes crashing down and I have to go back to work. The reefies have been biting reasonable well , but the sharks have made it hard to get any decent fish to the boat intact.I've fished Round Hill Creek, Bustard Heads, Sth Bustard , the Wides and Boult - getting fish at all locations , with a newly found piece of ground north of Boult Reef being a stand out for some quality Trout ,Mauri Cod and Tuskfish.
The plan for next week is to find a Spanish mackeral or three using a dozen or so nice tailor I stock piled from Fraser , and then , if the weather is true to forecast I'll give the Reds a shot on the outside of Boult .
Here's a few photos.

Nice work Beast! Sounds like you've done well, as usual. Hope the young bloke has learnt his place and is letting the old man win a few times too!
We are heading up on 11/10 for a week with the PBA mob. One of my mates is up there at the moment, Kevlacat with twin 140's. If you see them, say hello to the skipper Michael for me.
Keep the reports coming!
Note to self: Don't argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience....
Hi Cuzza - the Mauri and the parrot were caught at Boult Reef ,but the photos were taken just of the creek entrance at 1770. - hence the greener water.
