EPIRB and Red Hand Held Flare Recall

I came across this on the Qld Government Maritime Safety page last night. It is a recall on Red hand held flares and GME EPIRB. The address for this page is http://www.msq.qld.gov.au/ from there you can click on both links. It is also a reminder to check exp dates.

I would hope that if you have one of these Epirbs that is being recalled, seeing as we all by law have to register them now. That you would be contact by msq and advised on the course of action to take. First I have heard of it is on here. Big thanks. I actually have this type of Epirbs and flares.
