Light popping and stick baiting around north straddie

Just a quick one, With the lack of snapper reports I spent Friday morning in a mates boat throwing light poppers and stick around the rocky outcrops of north straddie instead of looking for snaps. Ended up a productive little session with a dozen or so kings landed and plenty more lost, everything from little rats to just over legals, nothing huge but lots of fun on the light (10lb) gear

Good stuff Cris. Those little Kingies are great fun on the light gear. What lures did the damage?

Poppers early on but those kings just couldn't help themselves on the 115mm and 130mm stickbaits. There were a couple there that had inhaled the whole lure.
