A bad days fishing has got to be better than any day at work......
amazing boat mate. you and the moda crew should be really proud! love the seadek. any photos of the interior?
Absolutely stunning, congratulations to all involved.
Hi Bananas, Mate first off what a great boat hope it performs as good as it looks, I love the fact the builder and you put full length strakes under the hull, that may make it ride a little rougher than a hull without them, But that day you have to run home 40miles with a 3m swell up your bum and blowing 25 to 30knots in very confused sea and you have to cross a bar like Wide bay bar you will be glad your hull runs strait, Mate just so you know a mate of mine got done buy the department of transport towing his 8,2m mono boat it was on a shity old triaxel steel trailer it went 4,1ton loaded with 400lt of fuel 250kg of ice 100kg of bait and food, He was given a warning first up, and the boat came home on a tilt tray truck, but the fine if caught again was $1500 and loss of his drivers licence, I am not saying yours is over weight I just wanted to point out the fine, I think you will have no troubles at all because you have a brand new BMT that is legal, Great looking boat, Cheers, Nathan

Geez. Simply awesome!
Good to see it is finished saw you over at tangas in it last Sunday. Very nice rig mate and congrats. Hope you make plenty of great memories in it. Very nice boats.
LOVIN THE GOOD TIMES FAMILY AND FRIENDS LOVE THE SPORT TIGHT LINES PEOPLE.....
WOW! What a thing! Superb mate, truly superb!
Thanks all,
The Boat has been over to Tangas on a few shake down trips and the family are really happy.
Once this S/E weather passes it will be time to get out to the canyons and start hassling a few blues - plenty about -it will be great to get it out there wide doing what it was designed for.
Cheers,
Brad
Took the Boat out for its first run to the shelf here off Brisbane.
I took Shane and Luke from Moda who built the boat out for the day.
All went well, we were fishing for blues - 4 x 80lb rods with a 16 pound outfit on the shotgun.
No prizes for guessing what happened.
160 pound Striped marlin swam past the big rods and put up a great show for 1:45 minutes.
Boat goes backwards like a banshee for an outboard powered boat.
Fuel burn was pretty light - really happy.
Cheers,
Brad.
Drove past this boat on the road Saturday I think, looked amazing! Congratulations
Boat looks fantastic in the water mate. I took some photos to ad to your collection and to show the wife for ideas for my next boat
