cabbage tree point boat ramp (southside)

After some advice. I used to launch a 4m tinnie there years ago ( approx 15y) going down that way next weekend. Would you recommend launching a 5.5m half cab fibreglass there or am I better of at rudi maas or Jacobs well. My gut feeling is Jacobs well.

Provided the weather is ok, the only other hassle with cabbage tree is when someone with a large boat goes past without slowing down. The ramp at Jacobs Well is a bit better protected weather wise. We regularly launch a 17c Haines at Cabbage Tree without issue.

Rudy Maas or Horizon Shores for security, Jacobs Well for general use. Thieving bastards at Cabbage Tree - probably at JW too , but more reports from CT.

Parking is very limited at Cabbage Tree, and it is very open to wash when other boats go past. Jacobs Well is my preference for the pin.
