about 5k's SW of Rooneys, old wreck with bait on it. Try in winter for Snaps

Blacks can be here from Oct to Dec. Troll skirted lures.

Current runs hard but fishes well for pelagics.

Good fish to be had here, but find bait first, if no bait around, go somewhere else

This is halfway between Rooney point and Bundaberg. Some drop offs aroundwith Trout, snapper and assorted reef fish here including reef jacks at night.

The gutters run SW to NE through this area, good reefies and fishes best with live baits

Reefies at night is best here
Wreck S24 33.574 E152 49.519
Couple of wrecks here. Cobes and Snapper also.
Sandy cape shoals S24 36.274 E153 20.738
Pelagics here and drifting into waters to 30mtrs to find Green Jobbies
Break sea rough patch S24 33.348 E153 21.199
This area has a lot of small rises 2m 4m high, fish anything that has bait.
Break sea north S24 26.152 E153 17.232
38k's north of sandy cape this area holds great fish but the taxman is prevelant.
Light ship S24 16.753 E153 05.624
Current can be on issue here, but the fishing can also be amazing. Fish at night for great results

Big Reds and Nannies, set your sounder to search the bottom 20m.
Herald patches S24 12.814 E152 41.257
Better from Bundaberg or Burnet heads. Home to trout, parrot and RTE, there can be big Reds here and to SE in the 45 m to
65m depths.

Went through the close crossing a couple of months ago, was fine.
No such thing as a fat alcoholic, just fat piss pots...
This sounds like a good opportunity to see what M&G's are all about. I'll set aside the time & hope work isn't too busy.
