Hey guys I have been chasing Jews with soft plastics for a few seasons now with a bit of luck and I'm just thinking about stepping into the vibe world I traditionally use 8lb braid and 12-20lb leader with the softies I was thinking should I step up to 10-12lb main line just to cover me for snags cause those transams are worth a fortune. I'm not sure if i have the technique right or not I either drift and lift off the bottom about a meter and then let it sink back down and repeat or cast and work it back to me with a similar retrieve am I on the right track? And I suppose the next step is get on the water. Ps. I'm fishing the pine river. Any tips or tricks would help.
