Glorious day out there on Saturday. The bite was slow but we managed a feed in the calm conditions. Plenty of whales about which was very cool. They got too close for comfort on more than one occasion.
Congrats to Matt on a PB snapper. It measured 78cm. Matt also snared the cod.
Rob, our skipper, managed two nice pearlies.
I scored 2 squire and a nice snapper. Didn't measure my fish but would be somewhere around 60cm. Two of the snaps were caught on jigs. Its amazing how much harder fish hit and fight on jigs as opposed to bait.
