Up here we Use Hussar as baits for real RED FISHS (SHSIIFDER)
Cheers, we caught quite a few of them, was in pretty much fresh water as well, that river runs from a very steep mountain range as you can see in the clips that's only about 5km away. Forget you guys call them Salmon over there, we call them Kahawai here, pretty much a pest fish where I live and catch them in huge numbers if you wanted, but they do give a fantastic acrobatic fight, excellent fighters.
Heading to NZ in November and December but don t think i'll be having to much time fpor a Fish thou
