A no drill option, fortunately my yak has well placed scupper holes. Stand is made from PVC and a plastic chopping board. Painted it black to reduce glare, as white it was pretty bright.

transducer mount is on PVC, transducer sits beside the yak below the waterline, I considered wet and dry installs. it will produce drag but I only slow troll for barra so speed isn't required. Transducer can be raised or lowered manually.

I've done another small mod, show that and the battery box setup later.
