Neil,
my tyres may suit a specific need, say if someone was intending to go to a place to fish and the road travelled would most likely " chew " some rubber from tyres on their Disco. Would be a shame to have new tyres " chewed ".... ??
They are 245 x 70 x 16. x five......

I think they would fit. It would be a shame to put a cut in a brand newy. Lets talk turkey on Thursday Phill

General Grabber AT2 Horse. I have had Michelin, Pirelli, Maxxis Bravo 751 and Generals on my D1 and d2...for long life, handling and off road can't beat the Generals all round. The Bravo were a smidge better for towing heavy due to less aggressive AT Pattern but I wouldn't swap the Grabbers now. Slightly cheaper too.
Cheers

I got Achilles desert Hawkes Highway terrain, $550 a set fitted and balanced, done 35,000 kays so far and they still got another 10 or so in them, great tyres.
Got a set of Goodyear Wrangler HT s for $134 ea nice and quite on the road after ATs and with 98.25% hyway use should be fine. Got to love buy 3 get 4th free with balance fitting etc included.
