It seems that when i rename the GPS marks using the PC software, that the association between the marks and the screenshot pictures of the sonar screen remains intact.
I'm just wondering how this works, so i can avoid unforeseen problems down the track. The question is, are these files associated because they have the same GPS position, or because the files ignore the file name, and have an internal link to walk other within the file structure? I've tried to find out what the internal structure of these files is with no luck.
I'm using a Humminbird 898cx Hd Si.
