    Hand Held gps

Hi, when my outboard finally turns up i'm looking to get out past the bar and hit the reefs, i'll be using charts and a compass but i'm also after a cheap handheld gps just to help me find that perfect spot and mark them off if they work for me.
Whats a good basic model, i don't need all the bells an whistles just easy to use, easy to read and relatively robust (waterproof is a must)
And finally were can i get this from? (no body mention bcf)

Garmin 60 is ok. Runs off 2 AA or you can buy a lead to fit cigy lighter. Hooks up to PC so you can download waypoints etc or upload to your gps.

Don't know if they're still made but I've had a Lowrance H2O for near 9yrs now and still going strong. Excellent when fitted to a RAM mount with magnifier accessory.Jim
